FREE Delivery for NZ minimum 14 days with full tracking to any address in New Zealand. Rural deliveries could take a bit longer. Due to COVID-19 & Christmas, it is taking a bit longer than anticipated for orders to be delivered. So please bear with us.
Our goal is to offer you the best delivery options, no matter where you live. Every week, we deliver to hundreds of customers across New Zealand, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
If you haven't received a delivery confirmation email with your tracking info within 3 days then feel free to get in touch.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct address while placing the order, if you make an error and the parcel is to an incorrect address that you wrote, The Trendy Team takes no responsibility of the product, its cost and the inconvenience. The address you write whilst placing the order is final, it cannot be amended, modified or changed in any situation. On some occasions we can amend the address if you email us within a couple of minutes of the order's placement, but it is not always possible.
To return your product, you should first email us at business@thetrendy.co.nz for the next steps. You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item, even if by error you received an item that is different to what you ordered in any way or form due to us not charging any shipping cost to anywhere in New Zealand.
Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
