REFUNDS
Our return policy lasts 14 days since the item has been delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, must also be in the original packaging and only if the product is not as described OR you are not satisfied with the quality of the product. No Return or Exchanges if you have changed your mind or you chose the wrong size or colour while ordering the item or have used the item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at business@thetrendy.co.nz.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We have a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received, only if the product is not as described OR you are not satisfied with the quality of the product. No Return or Exchanges if you have changed your mind or you chose the wrong size or colour.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at business@thetrendy.co.nz and we will let you know the process.
To return your product, you should first email us at business@thetrendy.co.nz for the next steps. You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item, even if by error you received an item that is different to what you ordered in any way or form due to us not charging any shipping cost to anywhere in New Zealand.
Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
