FREE Delivery for New Zealand, Australia & USA: Minimum 14 working days with full tracking to any address in New Zealand or Australia. Rural deliveries could sometimes take a bit longer.

If you haven't received a delivery confirmation email with your tracking info within 3 days then feel free to get in touch.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct address while placing the order, if you make an error and the parcel is to an incorrect address that you wrote, The Trendy Team takes no responsibility of the product, its cost and the inconvenience. The address you write whilst placing the order is final, it cannot be amended, modified or changed in any situation. On some occasions we can amend the address if you email us within a couple of minutes of the order's placement, but it is not always possible.
